Refund policy
All requests for return must be made within 7 days from delivery date.
We do not offer exchanges.
Item(s) must be in new, unopened, and original packaged condition.
Returned merchandise will receive a minimum 30% restocking fee.
- We will only pay the return shipping costs if the return item(s) is a result of our error (incorrect or defective item, etc.)
- Return shipping charges are the customer's responsibility.
- Shipping and handling charges are not-refundable.

Many product photos are provided by wholesale companies. Hairs or wigs may differ from the photos because hairs or wigs can be styled through hairdressers and anyone can change their style.

- Brand new, unopened and unused items in original packaging
- Non-Sale, Full priced items
- Items that match up with customer’s order (color, quantity, or style)
- Items that are within 7days from delivery date

- Special Sale items, Clearance items, Promotional items, Special Order items
- Wigs & Ponytails
- Cosmetics
- Used items
- Items that are opened
- Items with opened or damaged packaging
- Hair Products / Chemicals
